A Heavenly Conversation

Greetings in Jesus! Do you realize that God likes to have conversations with us?
Take WORDS with you, and return to the Lord. Say to Him, “Take away all iniquity; receive us graciously, for we will offer the sacrifices of our lips.” (Hosea 14:2 NKJV, emphasis added)
“Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord . . . (Isa. 1:18 NKJV)
Put Me in remembrance; let us contend together; state your case, that you may be acquitted. (Isa. 43:26 NKJV) To “contend” means to make a case. The Lord wants us to make a case TOGETHER, so that WE can be “set free”! The Lord has provided a perfect salvation through Jesus Christ for that purpose! Even now, Jesus acts as our Intercessor and our Advocate in the court of heaven! (Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1)
Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. (Isa. 55:6 NKJV) The Lord is always near; He dwells within us.
If you seek Him, He will be found by you . . . (2 Chron. 15:2 NKJV) Pursue time with the Lord; pursue a relationship with Him.
Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”? (James 4:5 NKJV) The Lord is watchful and desirous of His bride!
These passages from the Bible demonstrate that the Lord enjoys fellowship with us—the kind that comes from an intimate relationship with Him. He invites us to have a conversation with Him and to “reason together.” His voice is often a “still, small voice” within your spirit, so quiet your heart so you’ll be able to hear Him. (1 Kings 19:12)
Why not make time for a heavenly conversation and connection today?
