Happy birthday to everyone born on December 19th! Welcome to today’s meditation.Even a child is known by his deeds, whether what he does is pure and right. (Proverbs 20:11 NKJV) Our actions communicate worlds of information to people! What do you want your actions to tell others about you?
Such people should realize that what we are in our letters when we are absent, we will be in our actions when we are present. (2 Cor. 10:11 NKJV) Paul is saying that his actions line up with his words and with what he teaches. Can we say that about ourselves?
They claim to know God, but by their actions they deny him. (Titus 1:16 NKJV) This is a challenge for us to examine our lives, and to ask the Holy Spirit to show us how and where to make changes in ourselves.
You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. (James 2:22 NKJV) Our deeds can have a conclusive impact upon our faith!
Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. (1 John 3:18 NKJV) This is reminding us that our love for others must be manifested through our actions, so that the TRUTH of our love will shine brightly in its genuineness!
